Citadel

Citadel is a bar in Fukuoka that serves house-infused liquor and cocktails. The drinks include espresso martinis, shiso cocktails, and house-made liqueur cocktails such as baked apple. Around 60 kinds of house-made gin are available for highballs, and infused liquor is sold in 100-milliliter zipper bags. The interior can be somewhat crowded.
