Bar Rinsasu is on the sixth floor of a building on the route from Tenjin to the Nakasu food stalls, and it serves Japanese whisky and cocktails. Hibiki, Hakushu and Yamazaki are available on the rocks or with soda, along with a cocktail that mixes sake and tonic. A Korean-speaking staff member explains the drinks and recommends them to match your taste, and cold water is served at no charge. The room is quiet with jazz playing, and it suits drinking alone or talking.
