Public Chocolatory is a chocolate shop in Saksa-dong, Chuncheon. It sells house-made bintuba chocolates and madeleines, and its hot chocolate is made by melting chocolate and adding milk or soy milk. The drink list includes several chocolate options, among them a salted caramel hot chocolate. The americano is considered weaker than the chocolate menu.
