Bingbingbing Cheongdam

Bingbingbing Cheongdam is a patbingsu shop in the back alleys behind Sseuk Market in Cheongdam-dong, Seoul. Its signature dish is a classic patbingsu with soybean powder layered between the milk ice and the red bean served on the side. The shop is very small, and in summer there can be a wait, though tables turn over quickly. Each person must order one item to sit, and the ice melts silkily, so it is hard to leave it sitting for long.
