Shorin

Shorin is an izakaya in Cheongdam-dong, Seoul, serving uni dishes and seafood anju. It pairs uni and hanwoo yukhoe with gamtae and wasabi, and also serves mero soy sauce grill and abalone intestine pasta. The interior is small but has a restroom, and there is a photo zone at the entrance. The uni soba is on the salty side.
