Grimbergen

Grimbergen is a beer pub in a side alley of Cheongdam-dong in Seoul, serving bottled and draft beer centered on Belgian abbey beers. It stocks several Belgian Trappist beers and serves thin pizza topped with Hachelt cheese and house-made ricotta cheese as anju. The owner explains each beer, recommends them in an order suited to beginners, and pours them into dedicated glasses. Prices are on the high side given the range of beers available.
