Daon Garden

Daon Garden is a restaurant in the mountains of Cheolma, Busan, serving baeksuk made with native chicken and duck. The hanbang ori baeksuk comes with a rich broth, tender meat, and kimchi on the side. Cooking baeksuk takes about an hour, so a phone reservation is required in advance. The location in the mountains makes the route there long.
