Haeundae Yanggalbi

Haeundae Yanggalbi is a lamb restaurant in Changwon that grills lamb ribs and lamb skewers over charcoal. Staff grill the lamb ribs, the signature dish, at the table so they stay moist. The lamb has little of its characteristic smell, and noodles can be ordered to finish the meal. The restaurant draws enough customers that a reservation is needed in the early evening.
