Golmok Hoetjip

Golmok Hoejip is a raw fish restaurant in the Yongwon Market area of Jinhae, Changwon, serving wild-caught hoe and seasonal fish soups. In winter it serves cod soup and a cod course, in spring flounder and mugwort soup, in summer mulhoe, and in autumn gizzard shad. The owner has run the kitchen for six years at this longtime establishment, and parking became easier after a renovation. The basic table setting is smaller than at other hoe restaurants.
