Gimhae Hoetjip

Kimhae Hoetjip is a long-standing raw fish restaurant in Yongwon, Jinhae, serving wild hoe and seasonal soups. In winter it serves cod soup, and in spring it serves flounder and mugwort soup, with side dishes such as aged kimchi and blanched oysters. The parking lot is on the first floor of the building, and the restaurant is on the second and third floors. Phone reservations and a check of the break time are required before visiting, as there are no seats for walk-ins.
