Changwon Siosoko

Changwon Siosoko is a bakery that sells sogeumbbang, chokopai, and other breads. Its signature soft sogeumbbang has butter added three times—to the inside, bottom, and surface—giving the bottom a crisp texture and the bread a soft bite. Baguette sogeumbbang has a crisp exterior and plenty of butter inside, and the bakery offers takeout, wireless internet, and simple payment. Ojingeomeokmul chijeu chiabata is not available on Tuesdays.
