Agu Byeolmi Jip

Agubyeolmi Jip is a monkfish restaurant in Bonggok-dong, Changwon. It serves agujjim and monkfish suyuk, and the suyuk comes with monkfish meat, liver, daechang, and minari along with bean sprouts, eaten dipped in wasabi sauce. The heat level of the agujjim can be requested at the level of Shin Ramyun. The monkfish meat is tender, the liver is soft enough to melt, and the daechang is chewy.
