Ggwabaek Choe Seonsaeng is a twisted-doughnut specialty shop two minutes from Exit 1 of Changdong Station in Seoul, and also sells donuts and hot dogs. The twisted doughnuts are fried to order, sprinkled with sugar, and prepared for takeout. Near closing time, the pre-fried twisted doughnuts are still hot. They have a soft texture and little flour smell.
