Suratgan Korean Restaurant in Mablo, Cebu is a Korean-style grill house that serves samgyeopsal (pork belly) and kimchi stew. The samgyeopsal is all-you-can-refill and comes with steamed egg, yangpun fried rice, and pork kimchi stew, along with side dishes and six kinds of dipping sauce. Staff sometimes grill the meat for you, and yeolmu kimchi noodles are served as a dessert course. On some visits you are given tongs and grill the samgyeopsal yourself.
