Cebu The Samgyup 31 Premium Grill is an all-you-can-eat Korean barbecue restaurant focused on samgyeopsal (pork belly), located on Level 2 of Ayala Center Cebu on Archbishop Reyes Avenue in Cebu City. Diners grill daepae-style samgyeopsal, beef belly, and marinated meats, and take kimchi, miyeokguk, galbijjim, and fried items from the self-service bar. Staff change the grill plates, and the self-service bar is large. Ramyeon can be ordered separately from the staff at the fried food corner, and the miyeokguk and kimchi soup are made in the Korean style.
