Kapadokya Lezzet Sofrası

Kapadokya Lezzet Sofrası is a Turkish restaurant in the village of Avanos that serves testi kebab, chicken curry, and pide. The testi kebab comes with soft beef, and each meal is served with flatbread baked in a wood-fired oven and more than ten basic side dishes. The bread is baked in the oven on one side and brought out again near the end of the meal, and hot çay is served after eating. The testi kebab portion is about one serving.
