Busanjin-gu Office handles administrative work for Busanjin-gu and sits near Busan Citizens Park and E-Mart Traders. It houses the passport civil affairs division and the traffic administration division, and the building is distinguished by its high-rise design. At the entrance, two staff members check temperatures, and receiving a passport took 42 minutes. The interior is under repair and there are only three elevators, which makes moving around inconvenient.
