Hwangnyeong Observatory Landscape sits on Hwangnyeongsan in central Busan, looking out toward Gwangalli, Haeundae, Seomyeon, and Yeonsandong. By day the city spreads below, and at night the lights and night views open up. You can drive to the top and walk only a short distance from there. Cafes are near the observatory, but climbing on foot requires comfortable shoes.
