Busan Yangjeong-dong Baerongnamu is an approximately 800-year-old crape myrtle in the Dongnae Jeong clan burial grounds at Hwaji Park in Yangjeong-dong, Busan, and is Natural Monument No. 168. The tree was planted beside the tomb of the founding ancestor of the Dongnae Jeong clan, giving it historical significance. The crape myrtle, a deciduous broadleaf tree in the Lythraceae family native to China, has continued since the Goryeo period. Because its flowering period is long, it is also called Mokbaekilhong.
