Yonghwajip

Yonghwajip in Gaegeum, Busan, is a long-running restaurant serving haemuljjim and monkfish jjim. Its signature monkfish jjim keeps its flavour even when liquid forms, is not spicy by default, and comes with jjolmyeon noodles. Orders come out quickly, and takeout is available, but the restaurant closes early when it runs out of rice, so order in advance. The monkfish jjim seasoning is divisive.
