Yonggung Haemul Kalguksu

Yonggung Haemul Kalguksu is a seafood kalguksu restaurant in Gijang, Busan, serving shellfish jeongol, seafood kalguksu, and buchu jeon. Diners add kalguksu noodles to the shellfish jeongol and take geotjeori, kimchi, rice, and danmuji from a self-service bar. The restaurant occupies a large space in a new building with air conditioning, and orders are placed on a tablet, where the staff-call menu also lets you request chojang. The rice at the self-service bar is kept warm continuously and can be undercooked at times.
