Woojung's Bibimbap

Ujeong Deokcheon is a bibimbap restaurant in Deokcheon, Busan, serving dolsot bibimbap, deopbap, and albap. The menu centers on dolsot dishes such as samgyeop dolsot, dak dolsot, and samgyeop cheolpan maeun dak, and each order comes with mul kimchi broth and four pieces of danmuji. It has run for over 15 years alongside the Seomyeon main branch, and the gochujang sits under the egg so no extra gochujang is needed at the table. Seokbakji and baechu kimchi are set out on the table, but the baechu kimchi tastes less satisfying than the seokbakji.
