Wonjo Milmyeon

Wonjo Milmyeon is a small milmyeon restaurant in Yeongdo, Busan, serving mul milmyeon, bibim milmyeon, and banban milmyeon. The chewy noodles come with a sharp garlic bite and a sweet-and-spicy seasoning, and even the mul milmyeon carries heat. At lunchtime in summer a line forms, and the dining room is cramped. The spice level is strong enough to upset the stomach of anyone who cannot handle heat.
