Suran Kalguksu

Suran Kalguksu is a simple restaurant in Busan serving hand-cut kalguksu (knife-cut noodles) and chicken gukbap. The kalguksu noodles are made from dough prepared and cut on site, and the broth has a distinctive flavor. The owner makes the kimchi by hand every day. Parking is difficult around lunchtime.
