Soniga Jjamppong

Sonigajjambbong is a Chinese noodle shop near the Busan District Court in Busan that serves jjambbong and jajangmyeon. Its jjambbong adds chili oil and pepper to a meat broth, and the menu also includes jjambbong bibimbap and mussel seafood jjambbong. Bowls of rice are taken from a self-service bar and can be added to the noodles without limit, and cold jjambbong is a summer signature. Lines are common at weekday lunch.
