Somunnan Migane Son Kalguksu

Soman Nanmigane Son Kalguksu is a kalguksu restaurant in Daeyeon-dong, Busan, serving handmade knife-cut noodles and bibim kalguksu. The menu includes basic kalguksu, ttaengcho kalguksu, and kong kalguksu, with noodles cut by knife from aged dough and served in a clear broth. Jumeokbap is shaped by hand to accompany the noodles, and the golppaegi portion comes out notably large. There is no parking lot, and only two or three cars can park in front of the shop, so parking is limited.
