Somunnan Bulbaek

Somunnan Bulbaek is an old restaurant near Busan Station that serves bulbaek set meals, baekban, and stews. The bulbaek is made with a sweet and spicy gochujang marinade and flame-grilled, then eaten with white rice or lettuce wraps. It is open 24 hours, and when the first floor fills up, staff direct customers to the second floor. Side dishes are self-served, and the service has a drawback: food is placed on the table as if thrown.
