Sigorui Mat

Sigolui Mat Ilgwangjeom is a noodle shop near Ilgwang Beach in Gijang, Busan, serving yeolmu guksu, son kalguksu and janchi guksu. The yeolmu guksu, its signature dish, wraps sweet-and-sour fermented yeolmu kimchi around medium-thick noodles in a chilled broth. Waits after ordering can run long, and the kalguksu and janchi guksu come in a rich broth. There is no dedicated parking lot.
