Seongha Haemul Son Kalguksu

Seongha Haemul Sonkalguksu in Busan serves seafood kalguksu (knife-cut noodles). Barley rice is served before the meal, and the seafood kalguksu contains clams and one small abalone. The clams are well purged, the interior is clean, and the perilla seed kalguksu broth is rich and nutty. Red bean kalguksu is also available.
