Seokdae Munhyeon Gopchang

Seokdaemun Hyeon Gopchang is an old-school restaurant in Munhyeon-dong, Busan, serving grilled gopchang (grilled intestines), makchang (beef abomasum), and jeongol. It also sells sugu-reo bokkeum and kkeopdegi, and after the meat you can order fried rice. The jeongol contains a lot of gopchang and comes in a large portion. There are not many seats, so a wait forms.
