Saengsaeng Nakji

Saengsaeng Nakji is a restaurant in Busan that serves nakji dishes including yeonpotang, nakgopsae jeongol, and nakji bokkeum near Bexco and the Busan Museum of Art. The yeonpotang is cool and slightly spicy, and the nakji bokkeum is finished with a smoky char, with nakji mandu also on offer. Ordering nakji bokkeum brings cheonggukjang out with it, and leaving a little of the bokkeum is needed to add sari. Even choosing the mild level, the dish is spicy and heavily seasoned.
