Min-a Sikdang

Minah Sikdang is a restaurant in Busan that serves dwaeji gukbap and, in the evening, frozen samgyeopsal. The gukbap comes with the pork served separately, uses sukgat instead of buchu, and is served with pa geotjeori. At lunch it sells office-worker gukbap, and evening samgyeopsal orders come with gukbap broth at no extra charge. It is closed on weekends.
