Midaesam

Midaesam is a charcoal grill restaurant in Banggok Gogi Gogae, Busan, where daepae samgyeopsal and minari are grilled. The minari comes from the Cheolma area and is served with the daepae samgyeopsal, alongside sukjunamul and ssamchae. A wide grill plate allows the meat, minari, and kongnamul to be cooked together at once. Bokkeumbap and doenjang jjigae are also available.
