Matnajip

Manajip is a tteokbokki snack shop that has held the same spot in Deokcheon, Busan for over 40 years. It sells tteokbokki with a chewy, sweet-and-spicy sauce alongside fried dumplings filled with glass noodles or japchae, sundae, and red bean cream. The rice cakes in the tteokbokki have a firm chew, and the dumplings come in the japchae dumpling style. The tteokbokki leans toward an ordinary old-fashioned taste rather than a distinctive one.
