Makchang Story

Makchangseutori in Deokcheon-dong, Busan, serves pork makchang, samgyeopsal (pork belly), and pork skin. The pork makchang is served partially grilled, and mul makguksu and bibim makguksu are also available. On weekdays, the owner handles both serving and cooking and grills the meat directly when the restaurant is not busy. The restaurant is closed on Sundays.
