Jojalyong

Jojaryong is a maeuntang restaurant in Busan that also serves cheonggukjang, haemuljeon, and suyuk. The cheonggukjang has a mild smell, and the haemuljeon is pan-fried with a large amount of seafood. It opens at 10 a.m., and diners grill one egg each themselves as part of the basic meal. The cheonggukjang is not a savory style and is plain without anything special.
