Janggun Myeolchi Hoechon

Janggun Myeolchi Hoechon is a myeolchi restaurant in Daebyeon Port in Gijang, Busan, serving myeolchi hoe muchim, myeolchi jjigae, myeolchi jorim, and myeolchi twigim. Myeolchi hoe is in season in April and May, and the myeolchi twigim comes out crispy. It has operated since 1977 and serves banchan including miyeok muchim, apple salad, and mu kimchi, with ssamchae available for refills at a self-service corner. Parking is tight on weekends.
