Sasang Geumdwaeji is a Korean barbecue restaurant in Busan that serves samgyeopsal (pork belly), pork collar, pork jowl, and pork skin. Portions of meat are on the large side. Staff grill the meat themselves after an initial searing, cooking kimchi and bean sprouts alongside it. When the restaurant is busy, waiting more than 20 minutes for the meat is common.
