Hakkobang Gopchang

Hakobang Gopchang in Busan's Goejeong serves yang gopchang gui and gopchang jeongol. The yang gopchang is rich without any off-odor, eaten dipped in a house sauce, and the doenjang jjigae is made with old-style country doenjang. The owner grills the gui and gopchang himself. The jeongol comes with udon and dangmyeon noodles included by default.
