Haerim Jang Hoejip

Haerim Janghoe-jip is an old hoe restaurant in Idong Village in Gijang, Busan. Its mulhoe comes with naengmyeon noodles, which are eaten first, followed by a bowl of rice. The hoe is sliced to order in small batches rather than prepared in bulk, and the large dining room can seat groups. A single-person order comes with miyeokguk.
