Gutse-eora Geumsuna

Gudseereora Geumsuna is a meat restaurant in Dadae-dong, Busan, serving samgyeopsal and pork collar. The meat is grilled on a jade grilling plate and served with house-made kimchi and crisp bean sprouts. It is open from 4 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., and after the meat is finished, a raw egg is mixed into the bean sprouts and stir-fried. Even after the dining area was expanded, customers still line up.
