Geumho Bogeori

Geumho Bok Yori is a restaurant in the alley of Chungmu-dong in front of the Busan Cooperative Fish Market, serving bokguk and bok shabu-shabu. The bok shabu-shabu is cooked in a cool broth with plenty of minari and eaten dipped in ponzu. Wait times are long during meal hours, and groups can reserve a room in advance. Parking spaces are limited, so going by car is inconvenient.
