Dongyang Banjeom is an old Chinese restaurant in Busan that serves bokkeum bap, jjajangmyeon and jjamppong across from Gupo Station. Its samseon ganjjajang has chewy noodles and a Busan-style egg, and the jjamppong has a light broth with a smoky, fire-roasted flavor. The jaengban jjajang does not release water as time passes, and the course meal includes dongpa yuk and gaji twigim. Portions are on the small side for an adult.
