Choryang Jukjip is an old juk specialist near the alleys of Choryang Market in Busan, serving hobak juk, jat juk, and yachae juk. The hobak juk is not sweet and is smooth, while the abalone juk is marked by sesame oil aroma and broad slices of abalone. The place has continued since 1953 and also serves tteok, sikhye, and dongchimi. Its shabby exterior is a drawback.
