Byeolmi Guksu is a noodle shop in Busan that serves pat kalguksu, myeolchi guksu, and bibim guksu. The pat kalguksu is not sweet and its red bean broth is thick, while the eolkeuni kalguksu is characterized by a spicy, tingling taste. The myeolchi guksu and bibim guksu use fresh noodles, and the kalguksu noodles are pulled to order for a chewy texture. The shop is closed on Sundays.
