Baengnyeon Udon

Baengnyeon Udon is an udon and donkatsu shop near Ilgwang Beach in Gijang, Busan. Its main menu items are udon topped with fried shrimp and yubu, and crispy deungsim donkatsu, with a broth made from katsuobushi stock that is sweet and rich. Orders are placed at a kiosk, and the udon noodles are on the slightly thin side. On weekends, the line near Ilgwang Beach is long enough that people write their names on the waiting list at the entrance and wait about 20 minutes.
