Yeonhyojae

Yeonhyojae is a bar near a Busan subway station that serves traditional liquor from across the country with Korean anju. The makgeolli selection is varied, and dishes such as pajeon and gochujang jjigae come with it. A makgeolli research lab sits upstairs and runs tour and hands-on programs. The bar also carries regional liquors that are hard to find nearby.
