Haedong Yonggungsa Temple

Haedong Yonggungsa is a Buddhist temple on the coast of Busan, built where the grounds meet the sea. The ocean views from the temple are expansive and the site draws people who come to take photographs. Even in cold weather the grounds are crowded, and foreign tourists are visible among the visitors. Donation boxes for money are placed throughout the site.
