Isshoni

Itssooni is a Japanese ramen shop in Dusan Weave near Sinjungdong Station in Bucheon. The shiroi ramen comes with a rich tonkotsu broth simmered from pork bones and fat, thin noodles, chashu, and a boiled egg. Noodles are pressed at the entrance on a noodle machine, and you can state your preferred noodle firmness when ordering. You can change the flavor with garlic and kelp vinegar.
