Hwanghaedo

Hwanghaedo is a mandu restaurant in Wonjong-dong, Bucheon, serving kimchi mandu jeongol. The pot is boiled at the table with mandu made in-house and chewy kalguksu noodles added, and mul kimchi, geotjeori and dotorimuk are served alongside. A parking lot sits behind the building, and each table has its own burner for cooking the pot. The dining room is small and the burners keep it hot even with the air conditioning on.
